Thank you for shopping with Dachseason!

Because our products are made to order specifically for each customer, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection, buyer's remorse, or changes of mind.

Please review product descriptions, sizing information, and order details carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at jessica.sutliff@savvymrssutliff.com.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the damaged, defective, or incorrect item

Once reviewed, we will work with our fulfillment partner to provide a replacement or refund when appropriate.

Lost Packages

If your package appears lost in transit, please contact us at jessica.sutliff@savvymrssutliff.com.

We will work with the shipping carrier and our fulfillment partner to investigate the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.

Returns

Because all products are made to order, we generally do not accept returns.

Returns may only be approved in exceptional circumstances and at our sole discretion.

Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will review the situation and may provide a replacement when appropriate.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.

If a refund is approved, please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed. Financial institutions may require additional time for funds to appear in your account.
